Can I choose a font for embroidery?
Yes! If you don’t specify a font on your order, I will use what is pictured in the sample image(s). If you’d like to choose a font you can see those here :
Do you have a gallery of available prints?
No. It is next to impossible to maintain a gallery of available fabric prints because I am constantly purchasing new fabrics and using up existing inventory to keep my products fresh and on trend. If you would like to see options that would match your personal preferences, please reach out and I will send you photos of what I currently have available. You can send that request here:
What are your shipping lead times?
Shipping lead times vary by product. If you are purchasing an item that is already made (ready to ship) it will ship in 1-3 business days. If you are purchasing a custom item (most of my items fall in this category) such as Special Needs Bibs or Tote Bags, it will ship in 1-2 weeks.
What size tote do you recommend?
Your tote size selection depends on a couple of factors. The measurements listed exclude the straps and are the dimensions of the bag when it is laying flat. Keep in mind that measurements may vary slightly as each bag is cut and made by hand.
Small/Toddler (10x8)— ideal for ages 2-3 years. Your toddler can carry their own small toys and books. It can also be used a first ballet bag for the littlest dancer. If you want to fit a folder for pre-K, I recommend going up a size to Medium.
Medium (13x13) — perfect for Pre-K. Bag will fit a standard size (11x13) folder and library books. It also works well for dance shoes, a sweater, and a water bottle. Ideal for ages 3-6 years.
Large (16x14) — works well as a day bag for diapers, snacks, change of clothes, etc. or as a school bag for a bigger kid. Ideal for ages 7 & up).
XL (20x16) — the biggest bag I offer. It will fit a few towels, snacks and water for a day at the pool. I recommend a waterproof liner for this bag for more stability of the fabric. Ideal for a teen or an adult.
Are the tote bags machine washable?
Yes, you can wash your bag but use COLD water and hang it to dry. The bag can be pressed, just avoid a hot iron directly on the stitching as it could melt the thread. Some of the canvas materials (particularly the natural colored canvas) may shrink if exposed to hot water and or a very hot iron.
How is the bow attached to the bag?
If your bag has a bow, it is stitched and glued on. If your bag also comes with ribbon trim, that is stitched on.
